Greenlam Industries Limited manufactures and sells laminates, decorative
veneers, and their allied products in India and internationally. The company
operates through Laminate & Allied Products, and Veneered & Allied Products
segments. The company offers laminates for kid’s bedroom, wardrobe, cupboard,
restroom, and commercial spaces; decorative laminates for kitchen, living room,
office, or commercial spaces; compact laminates for restroom cubicles,
partitions, lockers, worktops, kid's furniture, and lab and school furniture; interior
and exterior laminates; digital laminates for wardrobe, study table, kitchen, etc.;
and post forming laminates for shutters, counter tops, furniture tops, etc. It also
provides switch board panels for use in homes and offices; low maintenance liner
grade laminates; fire retardant laminates for fire prone areas, such as kitchens,
etc., as well as for cinema halls, schools, or hotels; green and HD gloss, and
green touch laminates; and chalk and marker grade laminates. In addition, the
company offers decorative veneers, which are used in residential and
commercial fittings; engineered wood flooring products; and engineered doors
and door frames. The company offers its products under the Greenlam,
Greenlam Compact Laminate, and Mikasa brands. The company was
incorporated in 2013 and is based in New Delhi, India. Promoters hold 55.09%, FIIs hold 12.37%, DIIs hold 7.59% while the investing
public holds 24.95% stake in the company.For Q1FY16, it has reported net sales of Rs.217crore & profit of Rs.6.38crore.Q1FY16 EPS stood at Rs.2.64. Company is setting up 2 plants. One is located at Rajasthan & second is located at Himachal Pradesh. Construction work starts at both plants. Stock is looking explosive for investment.
