Apart from its own multiplex theatres company’s Eternity Mall in Nagpur was given for rental basis to leading brands this year and enjoys 100% occupancy. The Company’s income mainly comprise of rental income from multiplexes and the Eternity Mall. The Cineline share is currently trading at 6 times its FY15 earnings and 3 times its EBITDA.
